The North is the direction of the mind — wisdom, discernment, and clear seeing. If you land here, your body is calling for connection: with others, with community, or with the parts of yourself that have gone quiet.
The East is where the sun rises — the direction of emergence, visibility, and new cycles. If you land here, something in you is ready to be seen. A part of you that dimmed down is asking to come forward again.
The South is the direction of warmth and foundation. If you land here, your body is depleted and asking for safety, rest, and deep replenishment. This is the ground everything else grows from.
The West is the direction of sunset — the closing of a cycle and the beginning of renewal. If you land here, something is ready to be completed. This is the place of grounding through letting go.
