Immersive Experience

The Recalibration Ritual

For when a regular session just doesn’t feel like enough.

Sometimes you know you need more than an hour or two.

Maybe you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time. Maybe life has been changing faster than you’ve had time to process it. Maybe you’re exhausted, disconnected, emotionally full, or simply at the point where you need a whole day that is actually about you.

The Recalibration Ritual gives us the time to slow everything down, look at what’s really going on, and build the day around what you need most.

More Room

This is what you book when you need more room.

A regular session can do a lot.

But sometimes you’re in a season where an hour or two barely gets you settled before it’s time to leave.

The Recalibration Ritual is for those moments.

It gives us enough time to work with the whole picture instead of rushing toward one issue.

We can slow down, talk, work with the body, rest, reflect, use ritual, or spend time with whatever is actually showing up that day.

Nothing has to be forced into a schedule just because it was listed on the website.

The point is not to “do everything.” The point is to give you enough space for the day to become what it actually needs to be.

People usually come to this experience when they’ve been in a long stretch of stress, grief, transition, burnout, caregiving, relationship changes, or simply feeling like they’ve been running on fumes for too long.

Sometimes there is one obvious thing going on. Sometimes there isn’t.

You might just know you’ve been carrying too much and you’re ready to stop pushing through it for a minute.

That is enough.

Half-Day Retreat

Ritual de Raíz

Approx. 3 to 4 hours$375

For when you need more than a session, but not the whole day.

The half-day gives us a few uninterrupted hours to focus on what needs the most attention.

It is not the “smaller” version of the full day. It is simply more focused.

We decide what matters most, build around that, and leave out anything that does not need to be there.

This can be a beautiful fit when you want deeper bodywork, more time to reflect, ritual, or simply enough space to settle without committing to a full-day retreat.

What your day may include

A half-day may include grounding and space clearing, holistic coaching and somatic reflection, customized therapeutic massage, myofascial or lymphatic work, abdominal or womb-focused massage when appropriate, herbal steam, Reiki or energetic work, and ritual. We choose what belongs based on what you need that day.

What I want you to leave with

I want you to leave feeling like something finally had enough time to shift.

Maybe that is physical tension. Maybe it is the pressure of carrying too much. Maybe you simply needed three or four hours where nobody needed anything from you.

The goal is not to manufacture a breakthrough. It is to give your body and mind enough room to settle so you can leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to what you need next.

The Vortex Portal

After the retreat

Both the half-day and full-day experiences include access to The Vortex Portal, a private space with resources you can return to after your retreat.

Because sometimes the most important part is what happens after you leave.

Before We Begin

This Experience Starts With a Conversation

Before we book the retreat, we talk.

Not because you have to prove you’re “ready.”

I just don’t think a half-day or full-day experience should be booked like a regular massage appointment.

The Recalibration Call is about 20 minutes.

We talk about what’s going on, what you’ve been needing, what you’re hoping the day gives you, and whether this is actually the right experience for this moment.

If it is, we design the retreat together and choose your date.

If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
