The body has been carrying what the mind could not process.
This work helps you listen to it — and alchemize what it holds.
The Approach
Most people seek relief. This work offers something rarer — orientation. Through the Vortex Somatic Mapping Method™, we read what your body is holding across three layers simultaneously, and navigate toward what needs to shift.
Where the body holds pain, tension, and dis-ease. Fascia, nervous system, and tissue memory are the primary map. We work with the body's actual physical intelligence — not around it.
The trauma, stress, and meaning beneath the symptoms. Emotions are not problems to manage — they are unread intelligence. This work creates the safety for them to be witnessed and released.
The patterns you inherited, absorbed, or carry beyond logic. The nervous system holds generational imprints. Some of what you're carrying was never yours to begin with.
The Vortex Somatic Mapping Method™
Pain, patterns, and breakthroughs don't show up on a schedule — they show up when the body is ready. This work honors that rhythm rather than forcing a formula.

This work does not diagnose. It orients. Instead of asking what is wrong, the Vortex Somatic Compass asks: where are you right now? From honest orientation, all real change becomes possible.
Ways to Work Together
Not a treatment. Not an appointment. A carefully crafted immersion where all senses are each deliberate instruments of the work.
One-on-one · Ongoing support
Your private session is calibrated in real time to what your body is holding today. Bodywork, energy medicine, somatic inquiry, sound, and herbs — woven together, not layered as a menu. The room is prepared before you arrive.
One person · Full immersion · Threshold work
A half or full day held entirely for you. Built for life's thresholds — a transition, a grief, a reclamation. You move through arrival ritual, deep bodywork, sound ceremony, herbal nourishment, and integration. You leave knowing something your body finally had space to tell you.
Virtual · Worldwide
Energetic support, somatic awareness, and intuitive guidance without physical presence. Available for ongoing care, integration between in-person sessions, or long-distance clients.
Exploring Herbal Alchemy
An alchemical approach to working with herbs — where plants are teachers, the body is central, and healing unfolds through nourishment, release, activation, and integration. This is not a typical herbalism class.
Community · Collective healing
Sound healing circles, women's gatherings, and ceremonial events — designed as full sensory experiences where the room, the sound, the scent, and the collective field are all instruments. People arrive as individuals and leave as a held community.
Client Reflections
“ I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised and invited with such peace that it felt like home. Laura, defined as a verb, is love and healing in action. She is warm and kind, with grace filled compassion. I walked away feeling seen, heard, and restored from things I felt I didn’t have enough strength to reach for on my own. With Laura’s support and guidance, I was reminded that all I need is within. Laura’s intuition and heart guided me on an unforgettable experience and journey back to myself.”
— Priscilla W.
"I've worked with Laura for a while now and I have seen that she has a lot of insight and awareness that connects with bodywork and reiki. It's amazing to see how her knowledge in the field grows every time I have a new appointment with her. She has helped me through some really tough times."
— Nyla W.
“Laura warmly welcomed me to her beautiful, sacred space. She took the time to chat over tea and together we organically made some magical realizations of things that were coming up for me physically and emotionally in real time. I received clarity and felt so seen, heard and supported. Laura customized the experience based on what needed focus, extra love and care. We had great conversation and moments of self reflection. I was comfortable and relaxed. The massage, yoni steam & sauna were divine.”

Absolutely. No experience necessary — just a willingness to slow down and listen. Every session is calibrated to where you are. Nothing is forced, nothing is rushed.

Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and lighter. Some experience a gentle integration period of 24–48 hours as the body processes the work — and it's not uncommon to feel tired afterward. That exhaustion is actually a good sign: it means your nervous system is finally catching up. Water, rest, and space to feel whatever arises — that's the post-session prescription.
This is personal. Some clients come weekly, others at major life thresholds. We can talk through what rhythm makes sense for where you are.
A 15% deposit is required to reserve your time, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. I understand life happens. That said, my time and preparation are held exclusively for you. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your session require 50% of the session fee. Same-day cancellations are responsible for the full session fee. Cancellations made outside the 72-hour window are non-refundable on the deposit, but it may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
This work gives you a compass — orientation, not diagnosis — and the space for your body to tell you what it has been carrying.
