For puffiness, heaviness, stiffness, or when you simply want to support movement through the tissues. This two-hour experience combines gentle lymphatic techniques with fascia-focused care and grounding bodywork.
Straightforward, customized massage for when bodywork is exactly what you want. Pressure, pace, and focus are adjusted throughout the session based on your preferences and what we’re finding together.
A private virtual session for when you want support from home. We use somatic inquiry, distance Reiki, reflection, and simple integration practices based on what you’re working through.
