Monthly Alchemy
A steady rhythm of virtual integration and personalized in-person care over three months.
Sometimes one experience is enough. Sometimes you want consistency, a deeper immersion, or someone who can stay with the bigger picture as things keep changing.
Consistency. Immersion. Continuity.
These aren't three completely separate worlds. They're three different ways of giving the work more time.
You also don't need to diagnose yourself and choose perfectly before we talk. That's part of what the Recalibration Call is for.
You can start smaller and go deeper later. Nothing here requires you to commit to the entire ecosystem.
Think about what would actually be useful right now. A rhythm. A deep dive. Or someone staying with the larger process.
A steady rhythm of virtual integration and personalized in-person care over three months.
Several uninterrupted hours for the kind of work a standard appointment simply doesn't have room to hold.
Five months of private support where we can keep the context instead of beginning again every time we meet.
For when you want something more consistent than booking whenever life gets loud.
Each month gives us one private virtual session to talk, reflect, integrate, and look at what's happening now, plus one customized two-hour in-person experience.
The in-person work doesn't have to look exactly the same every month. It can shift based on what is actually happening in your body, life, and energy when we meet.
Recalibration is a private three to four-hour deep dive.
We have enough time for bodywork, rest, conversation, herbs, sound, energy work, ritual, cleansing, and integration without trying to squeeze everything into a standard appointment.
You can come in knowing what you want to explore, or simply knowing that you need more time and support than usual.
The Vortex is my deepest level of private support.
Over five months, I get to know the context instead of starting over every time we meet.
We can work with what is happening in your body, relationships, work, creativity, spiritual practice, home, and the patterns that keep resurfacing underneath all of it.
You want care to feel consistent instead of waiting until you're completely depleted.
You're moving through a transition and want somewhere to keep checking in as things change.
You want your body, emotional life, spiritual practice, work, and relationships to be part of the same conversation.
You've already experienced Gaja Bohème and know you want more time or continuity.
You don't need to know which path fits before we talk.
Tell me what's been happening, what kind of support you're looking for, and how much room you actually want to give this right now.
From there, we can figure out whether Monthly Alchemy, a Recalibration Ritual, The Vortex, or even a regular Gaja Bohème experience makes the most sense.
Schedule Your Recalibration CallThat's okay. The three paths are here to give you context, not to make you figure everything out by yourself.
Monthly Alchemy gives you consistent monthly support through one virtual integration session and one customized two-hour in-person experience. Recalibration Ritual is a standalone three to four-hour immersion. The Vortex is a five-month private journey with monthly immersive work, weekly calls, between-session support, customized herbs, and continued integration.
No. The Recalibration Call is the starting conversation for deeper support. We can use it to explore Monthly Alchemy, Recalibration Ritual, The Vortex, or another experience if that turns out to be a better fit.
No. We can decide based on what's actually going on when we meet. Your preferences and boundaries always matter, and the work can change as your needs change.
Yes. Limpias, ritual, Reiki, sound, herbs, somatic support, bodywork, and other parts of my practice may be incorporated when they fit what we're working with.
You can begin with a Signature Experience, a Recalibration Ritual, or the Recalibration Call. Monthly Alchemy and The Vortex make the most sense when we both feel that ongoing support is the right direction.
No. Gaja Bohème offers holistic wellness, bodywork, somatic, energetic, spiritual, and educational support. These experiences do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
Come to the call with what you know. We'll figure out the rest together.
