A familiar place to begin
You probably don’t need more advice.
I mean, you probably already know a lot about yourself.
You’ve thought about it. Talked about it. Maybe journaled the hell out of it.
You might even understand exactly why you do what you do.
And still, the same thing keeps showing up.
You say yes when you meant no. You know you’re exhausted, but slowing down makes you anxious. You keep waiting for clarity that never seems to come. Or something in your life just doesn’t fit anymore.
That’s usually where we begin.
We’re not trying to manufacture a breakthrough. We’re looking closely enough to understand what’s actually happening and what might make sense to work with next.
